Saturday evening we had buffet at Cititel Hotel. After dinner, the bf had to use toilet. We bought tickets for a movie at 9pm. In the end, I didn’t even get to walk into the Ladies Department.

Last night I was hoping to do some shopping but the bf wanted to check out some stationery supplies for work. Lets just say that I am a considerate gf. I told him I can do my shopping another day. So we walked around Gardens Mall. Then we stopped by New Balance to look at some shoes. After that he got distracted by the Full HD TV playing King Kong. I had to pull him away in order for us to sit down and have some snack. Sigh…

When will I get a Girlfriend Day? I don’t need a girl friend day really. I just hope the bf will be fair. Sometimes I do what he wants and other times he will do what I want. Better still, we make it a fair date each time where both of us get to do what we want.

I hate shops selling TVs and I hate toilets.

Some of you might say why I want to depend on the bf to take me shopping? The reason is simple. We have only 7 days in a week. On Monday-Friday, I am forced to sit in the office (remember?) even though I do nothing. On weekends, I have to teach during the day. So all that is left for me is just few hours to spend time with the bf.

Sometimes he has a job on weekend as well because people likes to get married and have wedding dinners on weekends.

Now I really think this kind of life is crappy. This is the reason why I am working out a way to get out of this rut.

I do not have broken lights now but will I have one which doesn’t light up?

These are cheap lights made in China. I am on a budget and the apartment is not for my own use.

I hope there won’t be anymore light problem

Anyway, the shop told me they do not have 12 units for the model I have chosen. When I went to pick up the lights this evening, I decided to replace the other 6 units with the same model but in different colour. The guy at the shop did open the boxes for me to check colours. Basically they’re just making sure the correct models were given and the number of bulbs tallied.

After I got home, I opened one of the box to look inside the light. When I started to divide the lights into 2 groups (I am buying for 2 apartments), I noticed sound came out from one of the lights when it was moved. The tube must have been broken. Then I started to wonder how to install the lights onto the ceiling? There must be some screws. True enough, there are screws for all the 6 units I’ve exchanged tonight but no screws for the other 6 units. Screw the shop!

Tomorrow I will have to call up and make a complaint. What if they deny it is their negligence and accuse me of damaging the lights after I took them? They cannot deny the missing screws for sure. How can I be sure the lights will work? Must I test them one by one? I am going to bring all 12 and demand to have them tested.

I have to make another trip there by myself tomorrow. I am so pissed off now.
