I love coffee, but it is not very good for someone like me. I noticed that taking coffee will trigger water retention, breast soreness etc before my period each month. Typical symptoms of PMS. Yesterday I had Oat Milk during breakfast. It was a good start. Today I am back to coffee again.

Maybe I should slowly cut down or try some decaffeinated coffee instead. Limiting myself to once-in-a-while indulgence will definitely do me good in the long run. Will keep on trying…
