I recently just found out that the private college near my apartment had shifted out.

FINALLY!!

The one block, low density property had been rented out to many college kids in the past 2 years. They were a nuisance. They were noisy, destructive and rude. The building management had a hard time collecting sinking fund and maintenance fee which resulted in broken lifts and all.

I received complaints from my tenants as well. Now I’m really glad these college kids are no longer around.

There is a new commercial property under construction nearby. I can look forward to raising the rental and continue to have people renting the unit in future.
