I get shoulder and neck pain everyday.
Both the office chair and workstation had been arranged to the best possible position. I still suffer from pains, aches and extreme fatique after a long day’s work, every single day!
There is no way I can request for a new chair. We didn’t even get to buy new ones when we shifted office more than 1 year ago.
I wish someone can sponsor me a chair 
This happens to me almost everyday. I come back to a home that is extremely quiet after dinner.
We live in a house as a family but everyone will get on with their own thing after dinner. So there is no one for me to talk to even if I feel like talking and making some noise.
Another reason will be the hot weather. Nobody can stand sitting in the living room when it’s so hot. We only have air conditioning in rooms. Even then, our electricity bill can run up to RM300+ a month. We only use aircon at night. Sometimes I don’t use at all but I know my parents and my brother switch on theirs like nobody’s business.
I want to do my part for the environment but the heat is getting unbearable. All products contributing to global warming should be banned. When the temperature comes down, we can do without air conditioning again.
I missed my childhood days, I feel like moving to cooler places, go to some country side, away from this material world.
