I have read so much about making fruit enzyme from other blogs and in the newspaper.

The kitchen enzyme uses fruits skin and other plant base kitchen wastes. Put everything inside a dry container, add water, sugar and let it ferment in the dark. Check on it every other day, shake the bottle a little and harvest after 3 months. This can be used as a cleaning agent around the home.

Then there is home-made fruit enzymes for consumption. It is suppose to be beneficial for health and can also be used in cooking. I have no intention of making these, even though it is cheap and easy.

We can never tell what is growing in the container. So how safe is it to make your own fruit enzymes? I hope I don’t come across any news about someone got poisoned by home-made fruit enzyme.

If you have the same doubts as me, listen to your own little voice. You can get enzyme drinks from the shop. Just make sure it is from a reputable manufacturer.

I have started drinking Lifeforce 540 by Eu Yan Sang. It has more than 10 types of fruits and vegetables with Cordyceps.

So far I have not encountered any heatiness after drinking this like I normally do with Chinese herbs. I take a cup once a week, normally after the weekend classes.

It isn’t cheap. A bottle costs RM108 and makes 10 cups only. Since I don’t take much supplement or tonic, I guess I can make myself healthier by drinking fruit enzyme which is natural.

I got a quick hair cut during lunch hour today. It’s been long overdue. Some how I cannot manage to keep my hair long.

It looks like this now… except that it is really flat. Why? I don’t have a stylist to help me style my hair. I don’t have blonde streaks.

I don’t even have a decent mirror and dresser in my room in the first place. How girlie is that? Lets just say that I do not have the liberty of having what I fancy because I’m still single and I live with my parents who consider all this nonsense and unnecessary.

I hope my guy don’t complaint about his gf’s behaviour because she’s been living without the love and pampering girls normally get from their parents. She needs a lot of love and love will change her.

Reality? It costs a lot to have great hair. Who doesn’t want a stylist doing their hair everytime they go out?

I am no celebrity or rich tai-tai. Some stylist told me I have a lot of hair. Some told me I have thin hair with no body. How am I suppose to know what is it with my hair? Who am I suppose to trust?

Anyway, another reason  I keep my hair simple is because I am so freaking afraid of using chemicals on my hair. I don’t want to have cancer because I’m vain. Everyone knows how poisonous the chemicals are.

I want to stay as healthy as I can for the person who is going to love me forever.

Public holiday! Yey!?

My day could have been better if the bf is not away. However it may not be the best even if he is around. First of all, he will never wake up to have breakfast with me. So we never had a full-day kind of couple time. Never!

Two days ago I posted about Gem Island and the bf is now in Terengganu. I didn’t know he had to go outstation. Before that I was already so depressed over some issues.

Why am I being left alone? Why must he do his work last minute and sacrifice our time together? Why can’t I be like other girls who have wonderful weekends every week, and happy holidays whenever there is a long weekend? Their bf seem to be able to do everything with them, for them and will not hesitate to spend more time with them… shopping, dining… even doing the hair, nails and facial.

My hair, face and wardrobe is a disaster. I wish I have more time to look after myself. With the classes on weekends and working full-time, I don’t have much time for myself. I would very much appreciate it if the bf takes me for some pampering and shopping.

I love being outdoor. Will he arrange for some excursion? With this hot weather, we will have so much fun soaking in cool spring water no?

If I were to quit my job and not go to another 9-5 job, I need more students. Some days I can also teach part-time in schools or colleges.

Or you can help my bf make more money. He is a professional photographer. He has a studio which can be rented out, he can also teach photography.
