Made a dozen of muffins last night. It was a long & tiring day but I persisted because I did not want to waste the yogurt I bought for making blueberry muffins 2 weeks back.

The result is fantastic. I used a little more yogurt than what is required in the recipe. When the bf told me it was great this morning I thought he was just trying to be nice.

I could not resist knowing the truth so I had one tonight. It is indeed heavenly. Moist and not too sweet with melting chocolate chips on top.

Will definitely make again in future.
