Noise pollution
There is a serious problem with sounds in the mall.
Music playing throughout the mall is bad. I hear the same songs everyday and it repeats every 30 minutes. No money to buy CDs or simply nobody cares about what’s playing?
The music also clashes with what the stores are playing. I honestly pity the shop selling wedding bands. The shop is romantic, classy and the sales people are well dressed. Anyone would feel special walking into the shop BUT… their nice classical music is being drowned by the never-ending-repeating mall music. Honestly, I won’t feel like shopping for a ring because this “noise” is making me moody.
There is also one Japanese restaurant which I have never stepped into and will never dine there. WHY? It is louder than a music shop. How great is that? That particular shop is blasting out music for the entire area where it sits. I dreaded passing that restaurant whenever I need to walk in the mall. Eat there? Definitely NO. They are way below restaurant standards. I am sure there is no proper Japan trained staff in that restaurant. They hire MJ wannabes, Chinese and English pop idols.

Sandwich Making : Seafood Mayo
I made my own lunch in the office for the past 3 days. First, there was Jusco Day. It was very busy in the mall and traffic was madness too. Secondly, I got lazy to hunt for food outside the office (so much walking). Thirdly, I got sick of thinking about where to have lunch. The cheapest Malay food is not healthy at all.
Since I have access to fresh ingredients, I decided to make my own lunch. We have refrigerator, toaster and microwave in our own department. Yup, paid for by my me except for the toaster. Got it very cheap from our all suite hotel before it closed for renovation.
Anyway, this is what I had today.I bought some Ayam Brand Seafood Mayo Spread. Dressed up 4 slices of organic wholemeal bread with seafood mayo and some organic bean sprout shoots. Then I popped it into the toaster for 2 minutes each.

Best way to enjoy my lunch? Play Farm Town and Mahjong.
