We can’t live without electrical items and gadgets today. One household can easily have 2 or more computers. What about the modem and routers we installed to share internet connection as well as wireless around the house?

There are countless cables running about. If they run on the table top, they take up space. If they run on the floor, they are such a mess.

The only thing to do is to tidy up using some cable management method.

I personally had 2 Ikea Signum cable trays screwed under the table top where I place all my computer/work related electronic items.  All the cables go through the trays, I even placed extension cord which are plugged-in at all times on a tray.

Here’s an example how the Signum cable tray looks like. Of course it holds much more cables than this.

This method still leaves stuff on the table. I would love to have the smaller items such as the modem and router to not sit on the table.

This is how the ideal work table will look like. I will ask my darling to do something like this.

or this… minus the things sitting on the floor. Nothing should be on the floor.

This will be awesome!
