Another scenario for us to ponder.
Scenario: The bf’s mother came over for the weekend. She was telling me how to make this, make that, how to cook etc. My bf hopes that I will become a domestic wife some day.

I am more than happy to be a domestic wife. Who doesn’t? If my husband makes a lot of money and he does not want me to work, I will happily stay home. Cook? I won’t burn the house down for sure.

not all woman want to be a domestic wife, even though the hubby is rich. first few years of marriage, perhaps this is true when the wife need time off to take care of kids. When the kids are big enough, the wife who have a sense of independence prefer to work, to the hubby chagrin.
