Having been working for almost 10 years, I still get a bit nervous when it comes to job interviews.
The anxieties normally come days before the interview. I guess I don’t like the waiting period that much.
During this time I will search the web for interview Q&A and prepare myself with some answers.
There is one or two questions that I find most tricky:
1. Why do you want to leave your current job? Why you left your job?
2. What are your strengths and weaknesses?
At the same time, I also prepare a list of questions which I might ask the interviewee. For example, the web language and server used, their expectations, the working hours, probation period, annual leave, benefits etc.
On the actual day, I like to keep myself busy before the interview. So I won’t have much time to be nervous. My nerves do calm down once I meet the interviewee. After that it will be more like a client meeting for me 
Hint: I use this to prepare myself for answering tricky questions!
